Committed to blockchain and sustainability
I've spent a significant part of my career at the intersection of blockchain and sustainability, working at UCL's Centre for Blockchain Technologies and the DLT Science Foundation. My primary focus has been understanding the energy consumption of blockchain and the carbon footprint of crypto. It's not about the accolades, but about finding real, sustainable solutions. Through Distributed Ledger Technology, I've been working on improving carbon trading systems. Teaching at the Catholic University of Argentina and the Catholic University of Córdoba has allowed me to share my knowledge and learn from the next generation. Every project and committee I've been involved with aims to integrate technology with sustainability in practical ways.
About me
I am a researcher UCL's Centre for Blockchain Technologies (UCL CBT) and Chief of Staff at the DLT Science Foundation. My work lies at the intersection of industry, research and education, and his research focuses on blockchain, supply chains, energy and climate.
I am also a lecturer at the Catholic University of Argentina and the Catholic University of Córdoba, where I co-lead a research project on blockchain and decarbonization. I've participated in the BSI DLT/1 Blockchain and DLT committee, the IETF Blockchain Gateway Interoperability Group, the Hedera Legal and Regulatory Committee, and the Hedera Treasury and Coin Economics Committee.
I hold an LL.M. in Law and Economics from the University of Hamburg, and an LL.M. in Law, Economics and Management from the University of Aix-Marseille.
